Ria66 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ria66 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, content, and features provided through the ria66 platform, including the website ria66.onl and the ria66 mobile app.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ria66 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable game rules. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first access the platform, even before formal registration is complete.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ria66 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Being legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using online gambling services.
• Not open an account on behalf of another person or third-party entity.
• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ria66 platform. Holding multiple accounts, whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and wins.

Ria66 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts at any time without providing a reason, particularly where there is an indication that information provided is false or misleading.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Ria66 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and anti-money laundering compliance. KYC verification may be requested at any time, including during registration, before the first withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected.

Documents that may be required during the KYC process include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Recent bank statement or utility bill (no older than 3 months) as proof of address
• Screenshot or proof of the payment method used for the deposit
• Selfie holding your identification document (if requested)

All submitted documents will be processed within 1–3 business days. Until the KYC process is complete, ria66 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests for the relevant account. KYC information is stored securely using high-level encryption and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Ria66 supports a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate member transactions. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account registered in the verified member's name. ria66 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or digital wallet providers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Ria66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, which must be met before any withdrawal can be processed:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries different wagering requirements, typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount received. Specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Valid Period: Bonuses must be used within the specified period (typically 7–30 days from the credit date). Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Betting Limit: While using a bonus balance, the maximum bet per round or hand is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino may contribute at a lower rate.

Ria66 reserves the right to void any bonuses and related wins if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or attempts to meet wagering requirements through hedging strategies.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the ria66 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and certified by recognized independent auditing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and free from any manipulation.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded by the ria66 server, the ria66 server record is final and binding. ria66 maintains complete logs of all gaming sessions for dispute resolution purposes.

In the event of a technical interruption during an active game session — including internet disruption, device failure, or a server-side issue on ria66 — the bets involved will be settled in accordance with the following policy:

• If the game can continue without affecting its integrity, the session will be resumed.
• If the game cannot continue, the bet balance will be returned to the member's account.
• Outcomes completed before the disruption occurred are final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ria66 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, or unauthorized tools to play or interact with the platform
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors ("bug exploitation")
• Betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (hedging, arbitrage)
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Unauthorized use of another person's credit card or payment method
• Attempts to hack, attack, or disrupt ria66's technical infrastructure
• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration or KYC
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use your account

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ria66 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Request from authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Activities suspected of involving fraud or money laundering
• Inability to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe
• Request from the member (voluntary closure)

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ria66 customer support team. Once the closure request is processed, all eligible balances (not subject to any holds or investigations) will be returned to the member's registered payment method within 5 business days.

9 Privacy & Personal Data

Ria66 takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. All information collected during registration and platform use is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and a multi-layered security system.

Your personal data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification
• Processing of financial transactions
• Service communications and customer support
• Sending promotional information (subject to your preferences)

10 Responsible Gaming

The ria66 platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your means.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to bear within a given period.
• Session Limit: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Temporary Break: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ria66 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond ria66's control (force majeure)
• Member's device failure or internet connection issues
• Unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence

Ria66's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12 Terms Amendment

Ria66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice for non-material changes. For material or significant changes, ria66 will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice before the changes take effect, via in-platform notifications or the member's registered email.

Your continued use of the ria66 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

13 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the ria66 platform. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties involved.

Members with complaints or disputes should first contact the ria66 customer support team for resolution. ria66 is committed to addressing all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

Ria66's decisions on technical matters such as game outcomes, account balances, and transaction processing are final unless there is clear evidence of a system error.
